Achievements
In 1994, Tasmania held the inaugural Housing Industry Association (HIA) Building Awards. LINARDI DESIGN was presented with a special recognition award for its contribution as designer for both the Custom Built House and Medium Density Housing Award category winners. LINARDI DESIGN has featured in over 20 State and National Housing Awards with the most recent HIA 2020 Tasmanian Building Designer Award and has been presented with a record 7 Winning HIA GOLD AWARD for DESIGN and RESIDENTIAL BUILDING DESIGNER awards.
As recognition of its presence within the Building Industry has increased, so has the number and range of projects now covering a multitude of various project types. With over 1000 projects under its belt, and whilst Housing design is core to its business activity, LINARDI DESIGN has been involved in a wide variety of commercial projects including Apartments, Complexes, Tourist Accommodation, Hotels, Motels, Restaurants, Shops, Showrooms, Offices, Warehouses and Heritage projects.

Marco LINARDI is a former Vice Chairman of the Planning & Development Committee and member of the Regional Executive Committee. He is a long-term serving member of the HIA Planning & Development Committee.
